A short read — these are the rules we ask every guest to follow, so everyone has a comfortable stay.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 12:00 noon (early check-in subject to availability). Check-out by 11:00 AM. Reception is open 24 hours — feel free to arrive any time.
Couples policy
Unmarried couples are allowed with valid government-issued photo ID.
Foreign guests
Foreign guests are welcome. Passport and valid visa are required at check-in.
Non-smoking property
Non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common areas.
Restaurant & food
No restaurant attached — but plenty of South Indian, North Indian and Andhra restaurants are within 50 meters.
Parking
Free parking available for two-wheelers and four-wheelers (subject to availability).
Extra person charge
An extra adult can be accommodated in any room for ₹500/night (subject to room capacity). Children below 5 years are free.
Payment
Payment is collected at the hotel at the time of check-in. We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards.
Cancellation
Bookings are non-refundable. Please confirm your dates carefully before booking.
Pets
Pets are currently not allowed at RRR Residency.
Visitors in rooms
Visitors are allowed in the lobby. Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 9 PM, for the safety and comfort of all guests.
Valid ID required
All guests must carry a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar / DL / Voter ID / Passport). For foreign guests: passport + valid visa.
