RRR Residency is at #12, 2nd Main Road, Dispensary Road, near Citizen Hospital, Kalasipalyam, Bangalore – 560002. We are 0.3 km from KR Market, 0.4 km from Kalasipalyam Bus Stand and 2.4 km from Bangalore City Railway Station (Majestic).
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Reception is open 24 hours. Standard check-in is 12:00 noon and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to room availability.
What are the room types and prices at RRR Residency?
We offer Single rooms at ₹1200 (Non-AC) and ₹1400 (AC); Double rooms at ₹1500 (Non-AC) and ₹1800 (AC); and Triple-bed rooms at ₹2000 (Non-AC) and ₹2400 (AC). An extra adult is allowed at ₹500/night.
Are unmarried couples allowed?
Yes. Unmarried couples are welcome at RRR Residency. Both guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Voter ID or Passport) at the time of check-in.
Are foreign guests allowed?
Yes, foreign guests are very welcome. Please bring your passport and a valid Indian visa at the time of check-in. We complete the mandatory C-Form registration with the FRRO.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes — we offer free on-site parking for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, subject to availability.
Is there a restaurant attached to the hotel?
We do not have an in-house restaurant. However, dozens of South Indian, North Indian and Andhra-style restaurants and tiffin centres are within a 50-meter walk from the hotel.
How do I pay for my room?
Payment is collected at the hotel at the time of check-in. We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards and credit cards.
What is the cancellation policy?

Do you allow smoking inside the rooms?
No. RRR Residency is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in any common area.
Is the hotel suitable for hospital visitors?
Absolutely. Victoria Hospital, Vanivilas Hospital, BMCRI and Citizen Hospital are all within 1 km. We offer special long-stay rates for patient attendants — please call us to discuss.
Do you provide hot water and Wi-Fi?
Yes. All rooms have 24-hour hot water and free high-speed Wi-Fi included in the room rate — there are no hidden charges.
